Very fast service, very fast server speed, and -very- helpful tech support. even through e-mail i was able to mail them with my many stupid questions and got help faster than anyone could expect. this service is excellent.

This is the first real web host I've used, and I think I made a great choice. Within hours of registration, my account was ready and I posted my website. I had one technical question, which I e-mailed to tech support. It was replied to in mere hours (!!!!) with helpful advice. Once I got my DNS configured, the site was fast-loading and I never got any errors. DomainsVision is a great host for starters or experienced webmasters!

I was shopping for a web host for my sons 16th birthday,as he has been building free pages is a pc nut and needed more.I found the basic hosting package which include far more at an extremely affordable price than I found elsewhere.Top that off with great priced extras and fast excellant service and support(the live help is amazing!) and we have a winner.Thanks.

This is one of the most user-friendly, cheap, fast hosting service i've ever seen (and the only one ive joined ^_^) Your site is activiated in less then 12 hours and gets fully registered in 24 hours. Everything is explained in the first activation email, and if you dont understand somthing or need help most likely you can chat with a rep. and get the answers you need really fast, and its really easy. And if no ones there to chat they'll answer an email within an hour or so. And they even give a kewl deal if you join both the hosting and domain registration. I LUV THIS SERVICE! :)

They offer very good customer service. They are helpful, and often (though by no means always) have someone availible who you can chat with in real time. Best of all, they actually answer your questions instead of cutting and pasting some a prewritten, and useless, response. The prices are great. My one complaint is that the documentation they have is a bit skimpy. Still, it's a great site overall, I'm not planning to switch anytime soon.

First the customer service is excellent and very friendly. I was able to chat with a Customer Rep in real time and get my questions answered quickly. Even when I was about to give up on setting a script up, they proceeded to help me and not to just give up. Their FTP is fast, Response time to answer questions are done so quickly (for me usually a couple of hours), service offers a lot for so little of a price. I recommend this company for personal and business needs. I would rate them an 11 if I can.
